Immunization Schedules
The Philadelphia Immunization Coalition supplies links to official immunization schedules and requirements. Recommended schedules for children, adolescents, and adults are updated annually by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Remember that the CDC recommends that children and adults with certain acute or chronic diseases be vaccinated against various infections. Review the recommendations carefully for recommendations for people with asthma, heart disease, diabetes, liver disease, HIV and other conditions.
